CHRIS PESCHKEN

Founder, VFI Holding, Vegas Film Industries, Chairman

Chris is a maven in the entertainment industry (Radio, TV, Film) since the mid 80's. He co-executive produced a handful of captivating moderate-budget films in the mid-90s, starring acclaimed actors such as Martin Sheen, F. Murray Abraham, Scott Glenn, Theresea Russel, Rod Steiger, with the legendary Roger Corman, along with several engaging made-for-TV movies for German channels ZDF and Pro 7. In Hollywood, he provided critical risk analyses for several Film Reinsurance companies, ensuring the success of numerous projects. As Chairman of the Social Awareness Committee at the Producers Guild of America in 1999, he spearheaded initiatives that brought important social issues (such as the responsibility of producers about content)  to the forefront of the industry. His expertise extends to designing and structuring innovative film investment schemes with private investors in Switzerland. Currently, he produces thought-provoking documentaries in Germany and serves as an accredited TV correspondent at the United Nations in Geneva since 2014, representing an international catholic faith-based TV network. Married and always on the move, he travels between Germany, France, USA, and Switzerland, balancing a dynamic and impactful career.

MIKA TOIVOLA

President & CEO, VFI Holding, Board Member

Mika has over 30+ years of experience in the automation, telecoms, real estate and construction internationally as a senior executive as well as outstanding knowledge in financial management, corporate strategy, debt and equity capital markets and RE investment management. Mika has held various senior executive-level roles at organizations such as Dar Al Arkan, Al Arrab General Contracting, Skanska, Tellabs, and ABB Industry Drives Group among others.  Mr. Toivola received his master’s degree in economics from the University of Jyväskylä. He resides in Dubai.

FELIX EIMER

VP Finance, Vegas Film Industries, Board Member

Felix is founder, and managing partner of Mondofina one of the leading M&A-Boutique in the German Hospital-, Clinic- and Elderly Care Sectors. He has more than 15 years of experience in the investment banking industry with focus on corporate finance and M&A advisory. His clients include leading private equity groups, family-owned businesses, and large corporations such as Trilantic Europe, Schwabe Group or Vivalto Santé. Felix has extensive experience preparing and positioning companies to maximize value He is also investor and entrepreneur and has various participations in companies in the media market and the chemical industry. Felix resides in Frankfurt, Germany. 

KEVIN MCGRAIL

VP Production/Supervising Producer, Vegas Film Industries, Board Member

Kevin has managed the logistics and business operations for hundreds of productions, tailoring unique marketing and distribution strategies for each project. He has founded and maintained numerous entertainment-related companies, including Black Apple Media, Stage 18, and Bradbury Investments. Kevin has secured over 100 tax incentives from various US states and international locations, including Canada, Mexico, and Albania. In 2014, he became a Unit Production Manager member of the Directors Guild of America and joined the Producers Guild of America in 2016. His impressive credits feature Noah Hawley's Faro Season 4, Joe Chappelle's An Acceptable Loss, Austin Vesely's Slice, Joe Swanberg's Easy, and The Shop for HBO Sports. In 2022, Kevin won a sports Emmy for his collaboration with Amazon's Thursday Night Football Broadcast and received an MTV VMA nomination in 2016 for Chance the Rapper's "Angels". Kevin will supervise / oversee all productions of Vegas Film Industries , domestically and internationally.

ALAN GREEN

VP Distribution, Licensing & Sales, Vegas Film Industries, Board Member

Alan Green began his career in the UK distribution business working at Major Studios such as 20th Century Fox and Pathé where he held positions such as Head of Marketing and Head of European Publicity and Promotions releasing Oscar winning and blockbuster titles such as Braveheart, Titanic, Star Wars, The X-Men, The World Is Not Enough, Terminator 2, Basic Instinct to name very few. Followed by working across various European markets for the same companies. For the last 15 years, he transitioned his skills to International Film and Television Distribution, licensing TV and feature film rights to US and International buyers at all major markets around the world with companies based in The Netherlands and the US. With many awards to his name including being part of the Emmy Award Winning Team at FCCE for the production and distribution of the world’s first User-generated Movie by Paul Verhoeven in 2012. Fluent in multiple languages, Green has distributed and developed hundreds of titles with budgets ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to forty million dollars. 

Alan resides in Las Vegas. 

STEFAN JONAS

Producer, Director, Vegas Film Industries, Board Member

Stefan co-founded international acclaimed Posthouse Das Werk in 1991 which went public later.   Founded Frame Werk Produktion GmbH & Co KG in 2000. He was executive producer of "Starhunter" with Michael Paré, "Seven Servants", starring Anthony Quinn which he co-directed, and worked on films such as "The Company" and "Modigliani." He advised Cinemedia AG and co-founded Private Equity Fund Silverreel in 2005. Since 2004, Jonas has directed TV series like "Unter uns" and over 1400 Episodes of the Prime Time Soap "Sturm der Liebe." His hobby is to distribute Manuka Honey , from New Zealand. He is a father of four children, and resides in Munich. 

MICHAEL MOOG DE MEDICI

VP Music Production, Vegas Film Industries, Board Member 

Michael is a multi-talented artist with a 40+ years career as song writer, producer, singer, pianist and actor. His highlights include a spectacular Fourth of July Gala Concert at the White House in 2002 with H. David Meyers. Encouraged by jazz legends like Frank Sinatra, he founded the Palm Beach Society Swing in 1999 and was inducted into the American Big Band Hall for his contributions to the genre. Expanding his influence, Michael joined the Entertainer Network USA and Esmerald Records Nashville as a producer. His autobiographical novel, "Der Prinz von Palm Beach," debuted at the 2015 Frankfurt International Bookfair. Michael wrote, composed, produced and often performed over 500 music titles over the past years. He is an BMI artist. Michael is VFI’s music supervisor and will also write & compose title themes and underscores for most of the VFI movies. Michael is married and the father of three children. He resides in Germany, the USA and Germany.

Luis Pascual

Chief Creative Officer, Vegas Film Industries

Luis Gerardo Pascual is a highly acclaimed director, scriptwriter, and creative producer with over 30 years of international experience. He has worked with top television companies and Hollywood studios, authored twelve film screenplays, and served as script advisor on more than 37 films and 5,000 hours of live television. His career includes directing and producing live shows and concerts for iconic artists such as Britney Spears, The Rolling Stones, Cirque du Soleil, Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift.

Pascual has contributed to major films like Wanted, Lucy, Guardians of the Galaxy, Manchester by the Sea, and Moulin Rouge! He has earned two Oscars, five Academy Award nominations, and over 20 international awards for directing, production, and scriptwriting, including multiple Martín Fierro awards. He is also credited with creating Emmy Award-winning television formats and was recognized by The Hollywood Reporter as the best foreign scriptwriter in the United States in 2007.

MATTHIAS HUES

Actor, Writer, Producer, Vegas Film Industries, Shareholder

Matthias won the pentathlon championship in 1978 and later earned a black belt in taekwondo. After leaving school, he moved to Paris before returning to Germany to set up two gyms. He then moved to Los Angeles, where he worked at Gold's Gym and got his first role in “Karate Tiger 2” through contacts in the film industry. This was followed by appearances in well-known films such as “Dark Angel”, “Star Trek VI” and “Kickboxer 2”. Hues has appeared in more then 70 film and television productions, including “Fist Fighter”, “Martial Law III”, “Digital Man”, “Hooligans 2” and “The Last Kumite” (2024). He lives in Los Angeles and Bali.
